Orders must be placed at least 5 days in advance due to flower import timing. Rush orders (within 3 days) require a $20 fee and full payment upfront. Rush order cancellations are non-refundable.

A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to confirm your order.
Cancellations within 2 days: deposit is forfeited.
Cancellations before 2 days: deposit is held for 2 weeks, then expires.

All orders must be paid in full 1 day before pickup, unless paying cash, which is accepted at pickup. Pickup address is shared on the day of your order. Please arrive at the agreed time.
