How do I place an order?
To order, simply go to the menu and click on “Order .” Fill it out with your details, and we’ll get back to you within one to three days with confirmation and invoice.

How early should orders be placed?
All orders should be placed at least 7 days in advance of your desired pick-up date. Any orders requested within 3 days or less will require a $20 rush fee.

Is a deposit required?
A 50% deposit is required to lock in your order. The final balance is due the day before pick-up. Without the deposit, your order will not be confirmed. Payments can be made through invoice by card or cashapp pay .

Do I get my deposit back if I cancel?
If an order is canceled within 2 days of the scheduled date, the deposit will be forfeited and cannot be applied to future orders. If canceled on time, the deposit will be held for two weeks, after which it will no longer be valid for any services or products.

Where do I pick up my order?
Petal Pastries does not have a public storefront at this time. Once your order is paid in full, the pick-up address will be provided. We are located in
Philadelphia, PA 19135.
